  Husband and I got the last site, the day before July 1st. They held it for us on the honor system, and didn't turn us away when we showed up with our four dogs.

  A great rv park for all campers from tenters to "bus" RVs, all sites leveled, firepits, free wifi, bathrooms and showers open all night, laundry facilities, books and movies to rent, wonderful staff

  We called ahead to let them know we'd be coming late, and he stayed up to wait for us. Super sweet hosts who clearly care for their facilities and guests. Loved our short stay here.

  Awesome people, so welcoming, generous, and eager to help their guests. VERY reasonable rates, which includes free firewood, and showers. Bathrooms and showers were very clean, and the showers had phenomenal pressure. Check in area was large, and housed a coin operated washer and dryer. There is also a large bookcase with a good selection of books, and some toys for kids. The grounds were very well maintained, the flower gardens, and planters gorgeous. There is a nice playground area with a large sandbox. An outdoor sink area with running water, which is perfect for washing up dishes.

  Location is both good and bad, it's right on the highway which makes accessing it on a long trip easy and saves on unnecessary km's. However it also leads to a fair bit of road noise obviously, it didn't bother me but my partner didn't like it so much. A short walk from the RV park and you'll find the lake, it's quite a cool little spot. The owners/staff of the RV park were extremely friendly when we arrived and were happy to answer questions and give us info on the available facilities.
